01
Booking & Shuttle
How do I purchase a Machine Gun Experience?
Visit our shooting packages, choose the experience you want, select Book Service, and pick your preferred date and time. Complete the booking details, add the package to your cart, then proceed to checkout. You may also purchase an experience in person at the range.
How do I schedule the free Strip shuttle?
Reserve your pickup on our Free Shuttle page or call (702) 285-9700. Your range reservation and shuttle reservation are separate. Shuttle service is optional and subject to availability, so reserve as early as possible. Have your hotel or pickup location, party size and mobile number ready.
How do I redeem my online purchase?
Bring a valid photo ID, the card used for the purchase, and a printed or electronic copy of your receipt or order confirmation. Our team will use those items to locate and verify your reservation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept U.S. currency and major credit and debit cards. If you have a payment question before booking, call us at (702) 285-9700.

First-Time Shooters
What if I have never shot a gun before?
No experience is required. Many of our guests are first-time shooters. An expert range officer will explain the firearm, demonstrate safe handling, help with your stance and aim, and remain with you throughout the experience.
What if I am afraid of guns?
Feeling nervous around firearms is completely understandable. We will help you choose a firearm suited to your comfort and ability, provide eye and ear protection, and pair you with a range officer who explains every step before you shoot. You are never rushed, and safety always comes first.
Is this legal?
Yes. Machine guns are regulated by federal law, and our facility maintains the licensing required to manufacture and possess these firearms. Firearms used for the Machine Gun Experience are maintained and operated in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.
Am I allowed to take pictures and record video?
Yes. Take photos and video, and ask your range officer to help capture the moment when it is safe to do so. Always follow the range officer's instructions about where and when recording is permitted.

Policies & Planning
Are there age restrictions?
- Ages 21+: May operate all firearms offered, subject to range-officer approval.
- Ages 18–20: May operate machine guns, submachine guns, rifles and shotguns. Handgun participation requires a supervising parent or guardian.
- Ages 14–17: Must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. A range safety officer has final discretion regarding which firearms a minor may operate.
- Children under 8: Are not permitted in the shooting area and must remain supervised in the retail area.
The website's 18+ access notice is separate from participation eligibility. Please call before visiting if you have questions about a minor participant.
Is there a dress code?
There is no formal dress code, but we strongly recommend closed-toe shoes and a top with a higher neckline because hot, empty shell casings are ejected during shooting. A sweater or light jacket can also be useful during winter because the range's fresh-air ventilation may keep the shooting area cool.
Is there a fee if I am only observing?
No. There is no additional charge to observe your party. Anyone entering the shooting area must complete the required range safety waiver and follow all staff instructions.
May I tip the shuttle driver or range officer?
Yes. Our drivers and range officers do not solicit gratuities, but you are welcome to tip them in appreciation for excellent service.
I have a past conviction. Am I allowed to shoot?
Anyone prohibited by law, parole or probation terms, or a court order from possessing or handling firearms may not participate. Laws and individual circumstances vary, so contact the range before booking if you are unsure. We cannot provide legal advice.
What if I cannot find what I am looking for?
We offer a broad menu of shooting packages and à la carte firearms, and our selection changes. Contact us or call (702) 285-9700 and we will help you plan the right experience.
