Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Machine Gun Experience website and your purchase, reservation, or use of services offered through the website.

Last Updated: August 23, 2026
01 / Agreement

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Machine Gun Experience website and to reservations, purchases, and services made available through the website.

By accessing this website, making a reservation, purchasing a package, or otherwise using our online services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the website or complete an online transaction.

02 / Age Requirements

Age Requirements

Visitors must be at least 18 years old to independently access and transact through certain portions of the Machine Gun Experience website.

Guests ages 14–17 may be eligible to participate in range activities when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, subject to Machine Gun Experience policies, safety requirements, waiver requirements, and applicable law.

A parent or legal guardian should complete reservations, purchases, waivers, and other required documentation on behalf of a minor when required.

Valid government-issued identification may be required to verify age or identity before participation.

03 / Booking

Reservations

Reservations are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until the booking process has been successfully completed and confirmation has been provided.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all reservation details before completing a purchase, including the selected package, date, time, number of participants, and any optional services.

Machine Gun Experience reserves the right to adjust schedules, availability, equipment, experiences, or operating procedures when reasonably necessary for safety, operational, maintenance, staffing, or other business reasons.

04 / Payment

Payments & Pricing

Prices displayed on the website are presented in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes, fees, upgrades, optional services, or other charges may be added during checkout when applicable.

Payment must be successfully processed before a reservation or online purchase is considered complete.

Machine Gun Experience reserves the right to correct pricing, typographical, technical, or listing errors. If an error affects a completed reservation, we may contact you to resolve the issue.

05 / Cancellations

Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

Reservations may be subject to cancellation, modification, rescheduling, and refund policies established by Machine Gun Experience.

Customers should review the cancellation or refund policy presented during booking or contact Machine Gun Experience before purchasing if clarification is needed.

Eligibility for a refund, credit, or rescheduled reservation may depend on factors such as the amount of notice provided, the reservation type, availability, and the circumstances surrounding the requested change.

06 / Arrival

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

Customers are responsible for arriving with sufficient time to complete check-in, identification verification, waivers, safety briefings, and other required procedures.

Late arrival may result in a shortened experience, rescheduled reservation, loss of the reserved time, or other limitations depending on availability and operating conditions.

Guests who do not arrive for a reservation may be treated as a no-show and may not be eligible for a refund or replacement reservation, subject to Machine Gun Experience's applicable policies.

07 / Safety

Range Rules & Safety Requirements

Safety is a condition of participation at Machine Gun Experience. All guests must comply with instructions given by range officers, instructors, employees, and authorized personnel.

Participants may be required to:

  • Follow all posted range rules and safety procedures
  • Attend or complete required safety instructions
  • Use required eye and hearing protection
  • Handle firearms only when authorized and instructed
  • Follow commands issued by range personnel immediately
  • Use equipment only for its intended purpose
  • Comply with all applicable laws and facility policies

Range personnel have final authority over safety-related decisions while guests are participating in activities at the facility.

08 / Conduct

Right to Refuse or End Participation

Machine Gun Experience reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate participation when reasonably necessary to protect the safety of participants, employees, visitors, or property.

This may include circumstances involving unsafe conduct, failure to follow instructions, threatening or disruptive behavior, suspected impairment, inappropriate firearm handling, failure to meet participation requirements, or violation of range policies.

Refund eligibility in these circumstances may depend on the reason participation was denied or terminated.

09 / Risk

Inherent Risks & Participant Responsibility

Firearms and shooting-range activities involve inherent risks. Participation may expose guests to loud noises, recoil, moving equipment, projectiles, hot surfaces, lead or other environmental substances, physical exertion, and other hazards commonly associated with shooting-range activities.

Participants are responsible for following all safety instructions, accurately communicating relevant limitations when appropriate, and making responsible decisions concerning their participation.

These website Terms are not intended to replace the separate participant waiver, release, safety acknowledgement, or other documentation that may be required before participating.

10 / Waivers

Waivers & Required Documentation

Participation may require completion of additional agreements, waivers, releases, acknowledgements, identification requirements, or safety documentation before an individual is permitted to participate.

A reservation or online purchase does not guarantee participation if required documentation has not been completed or if the guest does not satisfy applicable eligibility or safety requirements.

When a participant is under 18, a parent or legal guardian may be required to complete or sign documentation on that participant's behalf.

11 / Transportation

Shuttle & Transportation Requests

Machine Gun Experience may offer or coordinate transportation or shuttle services for eligible guests.

Shuttle requests may be separate from range reservations and may require separate scheduling or confirmation.

Submitting a transportation request does not necessarily guarantee availability until the request has been confirmed.

Pickup times, locations, service areas, passenger limits, and availability may vary based on operational conditions.

12 / Third Parties

Third-Party Services

Certain features of the website may rely on third-party platforms or service providers, including payment processors, booking systems, analytics tools, maps, communication providers, and other technology services.

Your use of those services may also be subject to the applicable third party's own terms, privacy policies, and operating requirements.

Machine Gun Experience is not responsible for outages, errors, security incidents, service interruptions, or other circumstances caused solely by independently operated third-party services.
